Friends of the Etowah Art Commission

The Friends of the Etowah Arts Commission program offers individuals, families, and businesses a meaningful way to support the arts in Etowah. As a Tennessee Overhill initiative, the program strengthens cultural programming while helping sustain the creative traditions that define our community and its Southeastern Appalachian heritage.

Membership directly supports the work of the Etowah Arts Commission, including music, visual arts, and educational programming that is open and accessible to the public. Friends play a vital role in ensuring that local artists, students, and audiences continue to have opportunities to create, learn, and connect through the arts.

What Your Support Makes Possible

Contributions through the Friends program help fund and sustain key Etowah Arts Commission programs, including:

  • The Cousin Jake Tullock Memorial Bluegrass Festival

  • The Young Authors’ Conference

  • Rotating local and regional art exhibits at the Nancy Cantrell Dender Gallery

  • Partnerships with schools and community organizations that bring the arts to Etowah

Programs are funded in part through the Tennessee Arts Commission, with additional support made possible by community members like you.
