Approximately 80 percent of Tennessee Arts Commission grant funding comes from the Specialty License Plate program, which helps fund arts organizations across the state, including programs and exhibitions in Etowah.

These funds directly support local art exhibits, music and literary programs, educational initiatives, and community events offered by the Etowah Arts Commission.
